I am one of those girls who will do my best to talk myself out of going to the gym, then will actually feel really great after I go. But, I seem to always forget how great I felt afterwards by the time the next day's workout rolls around. When I stumble across (and post) a great workout, I'll add it here so you can suffer along with me!
Cuddle on the couch with Mr. Moose, a book, and a glass of wine, or go running. How is that even a question?
